The service at this hotel was excellent, with the staff being really helpful and nice. The clean and spacious rooms were impressive, and we loved the view of Railway Square. Our request for a room on the 14th floor with a view was met. The porters greeted us at the door and took care of our baggage. The reception provided prompt and courteous service. The pool was available till midnight, and we enjoyed the bar and restaurant on level 1. The bathroom toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel's location near Central and Chinatown was perfect for us as trekkers and group of friends. Thank you, Mercure, for a fantastic stay.

The location was convenient, being close to Central station and China town, as well as within walking distance to Darling Harbour. The restaurant served an exceptional buffet breakfast, with a wide variety of choices.

The service was not up to par, as we had to repeatedly ask for towels and had issues with the cleanliness of the room. the lack of free wifi was a disappointment.

The location was amazing, right next to the train station and within walking distance to the city center. It made exploring the city so much easier. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The lack of assistance with luggage. We had to carry our bags ourselves to our room, which was disappointing.

This place is perfectly situated right next to Central station, allowing me to use public transport very comfortably. The staff was top notch, really good and helpful; the guy I spoke to when checking in gave me a nice room because I was nice to him, and the customer service was fantastic. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, rooftop pool, sauna and fitness studio were great, while the sun loungers gave me a perfect place to relax. There were plenty of amenities in the room, including a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, and no smoking on-site.

I would highly recommend this venue to everyone.
